“Todos somos sobrevivientes” - 30 DE DICIEMBRE DE 2004 –

 

Podría ser como cualquier 30 de diciembre, vísperas de año nuevo, pero el del año 2004 tiene una marca particular

…alrededor de 700 heridos, muchos con secuelas permanentes,

y 192 personas de diferentes edades perdieron su vida

por la DESIDIA del Estado.

 

Si el 30 de diciembre de 2004 un padre hubiese sospechado que era riesgoso que su hijo/a asistiera a un recital en “República Cromagnon”, ese joven seguramente no habría asistido. Porque ANTICIPAR CUALQUIER RIESGO esta en la

ESENCIA de cualquier especie, sobre todo a la hora de preservarla.

 

La anticipación de catástrofes naturales o de tragedias que tienen que ver con el accionar o no del hombre hace que la PREVENCIÓN de los mismos sea un DEBER principalmente del Estado.

 

Sin embargo la TRAGEDIA URBANA de República de Cromagnon

nos interpela a todos….

como Estado…porque sabemos que la cadena de CORRUPCIÓN está en nuestra misma forma de hacer gestión…

Como ciudadanos sabemos en cada paso que damos por la ciudad lo que los medios de comunicación nos informan –insuficientemente- de todo lo que no está HABILITADO para funcionar…

 

Tenemos SEGURIDAD de que otro Cromagnon de cualquier índole (boliches, bares, subte, ómnibus, edificios públicos, shopping) no suceda???¿a donde está el cambio? ¿En el Estado?

¿que nos enseña Cromagnon?

We are all survivers – December 30th, 2004

It could have beeen any December 30th, vespers of the New Year, but rhe year 2004 has a special meaning.
...around 700 wounded, some with permanent aftermath, and 192 of different ages lost their lives because of the Goverment Neglet.

If in December 30th 2004, a father had suspect that the son or daughter woud have been in danger attending a show at “Cromagnon Republic” those young people sure  would not attend the show.  Because anticipate any risk is in the essence of any specie specially at the moment of preserve it.

The anticipation of natural catastrophies related to the men´s actions, should be in the hands of the Goverment, it is their duty.

Nevertheless the Urban Tragedy of “Cromagnon Republic” challenge us all, as a State, because we all know, that the chain of corruption is our way of doing things.
As citizens we all know  what the media inform us - insufficiently – of everything that is not in working condition.

WE ARE SURE that another “Cromagnon” of any kind, bars, subways, buses, public buildings, shopping malls, could happen?? Where is the change ?? In the Goverment??  What does “Cromagnon” teaches us??
