Comencé este trabajo el el año 2000 y trabajé durante un año y medio hasta finalizarlo. No fue fácil, creo que nunca es fácil ver lo que se tiene tan cerca, descubrir que hay delante de uno y de tanto mirar no ver, y mas si son tus padres
 

Testimonio de mi mamá

Quisiera expresar mi inquietud al ver, o mejor dicho al revivir a través de las fotos, lo que fue un pasaje de mi vida.
Al verlas me emocioné, lloré y me alegré.
Algo que me gustaria contar es que ya de chiquita a Liliana le gustaba la fotografía. Cuando tenía dos añitos se pasaba horas mirando en una comoda que teníamos en la casa, donde yo ponía fotografías debajo de un vidrio fotos de la familia. Se quedaba horas mirando esas imágenes y reconociendo a su hermano, a su papá.

MOTHER AND FATHER

 

I started this work in 2000, and work for a year and a half until I finished it. It was not easy, I think it is never easy to see what it is so close, discover what it is in front of oneself, and from looking that much, not being able to see, and the more, if they are your parents.

 

My mother´s testimony

I would like to express my concern looking, or better revive,through these pictures, what was a passage of my life.

When I saw them, I got emotional, cried and happy, all at the same time.

Something I would like to tell, is that Liliana liked photography since she was a little 2 year girl. She spent hours watching pictures of the family that I had placed under a glass of a closet in the living room.
